Brunico (30 minutes)

Ehrenburg Castle of the Counts of Künigl (10 minutes)
The residence of the Counts of Künigl is situated in the Pusteria Valley on the left bank of the Rienza at the foot of the Getzenberg mountain. The castle, still owned by the Künigl counts, is one of the few fully furnished castles open to the public, thus offering the visitor a view of home décor of the past.

Lake Caldaro (60 minutes)

Surrounded by colourful vineyards and the sweetest vines, Lake Caldaro has become a popular holiday destination for all those who, well, like to enjoy the good things of life.

Earth pyramids (30 minutes) Perca
Because of the repeated wash-outs and eroding of the side-slopes there were formed loamy column-structures with stones lying on them. These earth pyramids have changed constantly and mostly in winter- and spring-time. New columns are being created: the erosion-zone lies at an altitude of 1,550 – 1,750 metres.

Antique corn mills (30 minutes)
For a long time it was very difficult to reach Terenten from the valley. The road in Vandoies was only constructed in 1961. For hundereds of years the village people had to look after themselves. Rye, wheat, oat, barley and buckwheat as well as peas, potatoes and cabbage, turnips, poppy and flax were grown to guarantee the feeding of people and animals.

South Tyrol Museum of Archeology (60 minutes)
Over 5000 years ago, a man climbed up to the icy heights of the Schnalstal glacier and died. He was found by accident in 1991, with his clothes and equipment, mummified and frozen: an archaeological sensation and a unique snapshot of a Copper Age man.

The South Tyrol Museum of Folk Traditions (60 minuts)
Our Museum is one of the most beautiful open-air museums in Europe. It is spread over 4 hectares of land and includes also the stately residence Mair am Hof, which is the hearth of the Museum. It was founded in 1976.

Three peaks of Lavaredo (120 minutes)
They are probably one of the best-known mountain groups in the Alps. The three peaks, from east to west, are known as the Cima Piccola (Little Peak), Cima Grande (Big Peak) and Cima Ovest (Western Peak).
